How I can help…
I am a qualified Transformational Life Coach and Wellbeing Coach with years of experience of helping people who feel stuck, exhausted, and overwhelmed to start gently thriving.
I am passionate about this work because I have been there…I hit the milestones that I thought would bring me joy and fulfilment, but I was left feeling disconnected from myself and not sure what I wanted out of life. But deep down I knew that there must be more.
Through recovering from burnout (twice!), I’ve learnt to treat myself like a human being rather than a robot, I’ve learnt to be intentional with my energy and to actually honour my needs, and I’ve learnt to embrace my ambitions and dreams in a way that works for me.
The work I do with my clients is informed by everything I have experienced in my own life and through my ICF Accredited Diploma in Transformational Coaching - a training programme covering psychology, behavioural change theory, and humanistic philosophy. In my coaching sessions I take a very human-centric approach grounded in encouragement and kindness, and I pair that with practical tools and frameworks to empower clients to leave each session clear on their next steps.

This 3 month coaching package is designed to support you to step out of survival mode and into your gently thriving era. During our time together you’ll get:
3 × 90 minute deep dive coaching sessions
We’ll meet every month for 90 minutes to explore how you can start to gently thrive. Sessions will be tailored to what support you need, and together we will work so that you feel confident and excited about the steps ahead to bring positive change in your life.
A bespoke coaching log
A dedicated space where you can record your reflections, track your progress, celebrate your wins, and keep yourself accountable.
Dedicated support between sessions
The time between our sessions is just as important as the coaching sessions themselves. This is where you will have a chance to start implementing some of your actions, and continue reflecting on the topics we have explored. You’ll receive a check-in between sessions for some gentle accountability, and if something comes up for you that you want to reflect on together, or you have a question to ask, then I am just an email away.

What is coaching?
It’s probably easier to say what coaching isn’t. It’s not mentoring - I’m not here to tell you what to do. And it’s not therapy - whilst we can explore your past to find patterns and trends, our main focus will be the future and how you can make the changes you want in your life.
We will work together to explore what is most important to you so that you can create goals that are going to help you to achieve your own version of success, whilst also finding ways to bring more joy into your life right now, and prioritising your wellbeing so that you have the energy and the headspace to sustainably achieve all of this.
How will I know if you are the right Coach for me?
I’m the right Coach for you if you are looking for someone to have kindness at the centre of our work, someone who will gently encourage you, but also will be your accountability partner to make sure you’re staying on track. I share practical tools and tips in the sessions that might help you, but I won’t tell you what to do. Instead, I will create a safe space where we can explore your bigger challenges or questions, and I will walk with you through it and be your cheerleader every step of the way. The free (and no obligation!) introductory call is where you will get a flavour for my coaching style and you can decide if this is the right approach for you.
What support do I get from you as my Coach?
We will have our dedicated time together in our coaching sessions (4.5 hours in total), but I am also on hand between sessions via email to support you with any reflections you want to share or questions that come up for you. I will also check-in between sessions for some gentle accountability, to celebrate your progress and wins, and to help you set some intentions.
What results can you guarantee from our work together?
I’m not able to guarantee any specific results. I’ve seen my clients pave new career paths, improve their work-life balance, set stronger boundaries, improve their confidence and self-trust, and take better care of themselves. But their progress, growth, joy, and success all belongs to them.
What I can promise is how I will show up for you: I will bring my full presence, care, and attention to our work together. I will hold a safe space for you to explore your different options without any judgement, and I will draw on my own experience and training to support you every step of the way.
Where does the coaching take place?
The coaching takes place online on Zoom. However, if you are in the Southwest London area and would prefer coaching in person then I am very happy to explore this (please note that there would be a slight increase in your investment to cover travel time and transport costs).
What happens once we’ve finished working together?
We will work together for 3 months, however if you feel like you need longer term support then I would be more than happy to be there with you. You’re able to book on for another 3 months at a discounted rate (availability permitting).
